Payment

We accept credit card payment via paypal and check (in Singapore Dollars only).

Items are promptly shipped in the order that the payment is received.

If your paypal payment is not received by 3days after sale, we reserve the right to cancel the sale upon notification.

When placing your order, please double check your address, make sure your shipping address on paypal is correct, since this is the address we will use for shipping.

Shipping

All items are boxed & wrapped carefully to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they left our store, in recyclable/ reusable or has been recycled packaging.  Shipping weight stated for each items is included packaging.

Shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and the size of items purchased.

Orders within Singapore approximately will take 2-3 days to arrive

For international orders, please contact or e-mail us directly with your order.

We will give you a quote for your total order amount including shipping and handling cost before we process your order.

 Process and shipping time will depend on your location.

We are not responsible for any international orders once it has been shipped, so please be aware of your countries postal services.

You are responsible for your own countries duties, tariffs, custom charges, taxes, etc.  

We will email an order confirmation upon successful submission of the order within 24 hours.

Refund & Exchange

We are afraid that we cannot accept returns unless the items you receive are not as ordered, or are damaged. Should this occur, please contact us as soon as possible. And we’ll arrange for return & refund (excluding shipping cost).
